Classic White Lotus Double Yolk Mooncake

Ingredients: Lotus seed, wheat flour, salted egg, refined sugar, refined vegetable oil (with palm oil, peanut oil and sesame oil), glucose syrup, hydrogenated maltose syrup, melon seed and salt. Contains acidity regulators (sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate) as permitted food conditioner. Contains permitted flavoring and colouring substance.

Allergen: Contains wheat (gluten),egg and nuts. Produced in a facility that also process products containing dairy products, sesame and tree nut

Coconut Pandan Lotus Single Yolk Mooncake

Ingredient: Wheat Flour,Lotus Seed, Sugar, Palm Oil ,Glucose Syrup, Melon Seed, Salted Egg, Baking Soda, Pandan Flavouring, Food Additive.

Coffee Lotus Hazelnut Caramel Lava Mooncake

Ingredients:

Lotus seed, wheat flour, caramel paste (with milk), hazelnut paste, coffee, refined sugar, refined vegetable oil (with palm oil, peanut oil and sesame oil), glucose syrup, hydrogenated maltose syrup, milk powder, melon seed and salt. Contains acidity regulators (sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate) as permitted food conditioner. Contains permitted flavoring and colouring substance.

Matcha Lotus Adzuki Lava Mooncake

Ingredients: Lotus seed, wheat flour, red bean paste (with milk), refined vegetable oil (with palm oil, peanut oil and sesame oil), hydrogenated maltose syrup, glucose syrup, refined sugar, green tea powder, melon seed and salt. Contains acidity regulators (sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate) as permitted food conditioner. Contains permitted flavoring and colouring substance.
